Biltmore Blooms Package
Cumberland Falls Bed & Breakfast has created the perfect Summer package for two. This package requires a 3 night stay booked direct with Cumberland Falls and includes two tickets to the Biltmore Estate. Spend the day touring the house and gardens. Then the next day spend the afternoon hiking with Hike Bike Asheville on trails with waterfalls and wild flowers. Available for stays June 1 through August 31, 2021. Book (direct) the best available rate for 3 nights and choose the Biltmore Blooms upgrade ($350 value for just $200!)
Summer Adventure Package
Book a 2 night weekday stay directly with Cumberland Falls and we will arrange for a full day adventure of hiking and kayaking – including lunch! After all that activity relax in our spa for a 60 minute couple’s massage. End the adventure with a bottle of wine or prosecco. Choose the Spring Adventure Package at check out.

Romance Package
Any day is a good day for a Romantic Get Away. Spend the evening with a glass of bubbles, wine or a local draft. Book (direct) 2 nights at the best available rate and choose the romantic getaway package which includes a bottle of wine or prosecco or 4 local beers, chocolate covered strawberries and a late check out for $25. Add a couples massage for $245 (plus a 15% gratuity)
July & August Special
Book a 3 night stay (direct) in July or August and get a 2 for 1 Hiking Tour or $100 discount on a Lake James Kayak tour with Hike Bike Kayak Asheville. Once your reservation is confirmed we will call you to arrange your hiking or kayaking tour during your stay.

This house and gardens were so amazing that any future BnB will have a very hard time trying to compare. The hidden nooks and flower gardens were such a treat that we didn’t want to leave the property to visit the town. Angela and David made our stay absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to my food allergies and our early check out needs. We will certainly be going back.

This lovely b & b is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the town. Extremely comfortable room and all in all a charming old colonial house with a beautiful garden. The innkeepers are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble if you need help- we did! Breakfasts were absolutely fabulous, very tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. We can’t thank Angela and David enough for giving us such a wonderful and welcoming stay.
