At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn offers Biltmore Estate Packages year round. We do this for several reasons:

At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn is surprisingly close to the Biltmore Estate (3 miles) and as such can provide convenient Biltmore Estate lodging for your visit in a more intimate setting right here at the inn.

Whether you are in need of Biltmore Estate Weekend Packages or are able to enjoy the gardens mid week, avoiding the weekend crowds, we have a Biltmore Estate Vacation Package perfect for your needs.

Whatever your interests, there are displays and activities present on the grounds of Biltmore House year round. To name just a few: The awesome display of Flower Carpet that seeks to incorporate some element of design found within the Biltmore House and uses the language of flowers to make it real. Festival of Flowers, bringing visitors from all over the world to Asheville, North Carolina for a garden display worthy of royalty.

Candlelight Christmas at Biltmore Estate is magic to both the eyes and ears as holiday lights shine brightly and music is abundant and unforgettable; a worthy addition to any holiday tradition.

Biltmore Estate: Largest privately owned home in the United States of America.

The House: A vision of the gilded age completed in 1895 this 250-room French chateau is breathtaking. At the time the building of this home was undertaken, it was one of the largest homes in the history of American residential structures. A six-year project and an entire entourage of craftsman with an on-site brick factory, wood shop, and a 3-mile rail spur for material transport did not lessen the monumental task before them.

Architect: Richard Morris Hunt modeled the house after 3 chateaux built in 16th century France.

The Gardens: Designed by Frederick Law Olmstead (of New York’s Central Park fame) creating acres of gardens and parkland. The formal style of the Italian Garden and wondrous presence of ancient trees in America's first "managed forest" his design genius and conservation mindedness is present in every aspect of this magical place.

Colors abound and beauty is everywhere you look not the least of which can be appreciated in the All American Rose Garden featuring more than 250 varieties of roses.

The Winery: A secret to most, our beloved North Carolina ranks seventh in the entire country in wine production. Despite the rhetoric about the Napa Valley, Biltmore Estate is the most visited winery in the entire United States. Does the number one million astound you?

Established in 1971, in a carefully selected location on the estate, the first plantings were French-American hybrids. Vinifera plantings followed; carefully chosen and overseen by William A.V. Cecil always with his grandfather's vision that the estate be self-supporting.
